How long does it take until I receive my order?
Deliveries are expected to arrive between 3-10 business days after your order is confirmed.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or amend your order before the product is dispatched. You can cancel or amend orders from your Account on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your order confirmation number and request. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an AWB tracking number. You can enter this number onto the shippers website and track your delivery.

We do not store any customer’s credit card or payment information. You can find our Privacy Policy here. Our current payment methods are through credit cards and PayPal only. Please review their privacy policy and always look for “https” at the beginning of the URL.
