ACAM-EX0002 Premium Leather Backpack 

This Premium Leather Backpack strongly reflects the brand concept.

We have paid attention to every detail to achieve a great design and functionality, including interior and exterior pockets, compartments, and more. We carefully selected high-quality materials for all parts, such as Italian leather for the outer fabric, and other components like buckles, zippers, lining, and metal logo plates. Moreover, the double zippers and the wide opening flap provides easy access to the contents inside.
This backpack, suitable for daily use and business settings, comes with an inner bag made of gray nylon, making it practical for photography enthusiasts.

- Leather shoulder harness designed for comfort.
- Pocket to store a smartphone on the right side of the exterior.
- Three-dimensional mesh fabric with antibacterial and odor-resistant properties is on the backside of the backpack and shoulder harness.
- A separate inner pocket (magnet locked) can carry a laptop up to 14" in size. Its inside has a special cushion material padding that efficiently protects the device.

ACAM-280L Leather Camera Strap (Longer Length) 

Simple and beautiful camera strap crafted from high-quality Italian cowhide leather.

Appreciate the polished edges, or koba in Japanese, skillfully crafted by Japanese artisans, and enjoy the smoothness around your neck.
The color of the leather will change over time due to its inherent characteristics. As you use it, the changing colors will add to the completion of the product, allowing you to enjoy the transformation.
This leather strap is available in two lengths: this is the longer one suitable for wearing diagonally across the body.

*Please note that this is a ring-type strap for cameras with eyelets. It is not compatible with tape-type camera eyelets.

ACAM-64D Gear Box Pro 

The ACAM-64D camera pouch - a part of the Gear Box Pro Series, offers optimal sizes tailored to your camera and lens collection. This series stands out with its exquisite matte and supple texture and meticulous attention to detail.

The main fabric, DULON® is renowned for its scratch resistance and excellent waterproofing. The matte texture, inspired by the smooth, undulating forms of volcanic lava, offers a sleek, high-end finish that combines sophistication with durability. The vibrant brand logo in glossy colors, printed on matte fabric, dynamically changes its appearance from different angles, adding sophisticated elegance.

The pouch has a water-resistant zipper and foldable pullers that remain compact and stable even when moving, eliminating any bothersome friction noise.
(Please note that while it offers improved protection against water and dust, it is not completely waterproof due to the stitching).

Camera wrap with a square cut and round corners, designed to gently encase and protect your equipment.

This wrap is suitable for wrapping around a camera body with an attached lens (mid-range DSLR size), a lens (70-200mm equivalent telephoto lens), a tablet, and more. After wrapping the equipment, you can secure it with the elastic loop known for its excellent stretchability.
Moreover, when unfolded, you can also use it as a surface on which you can do your camera’s maintenance.
The exterior is made from a comfortable cotton fabric, while the interior features a soft brushed material, gentle on your equipment.

* The interior brushed material is made from synthetic suede. Please be aware that under conditions involving moisture or friction, there is a possibility of color fading or transfer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
