All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If a shipping delay exists, we will notify you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping through AIRMAIL, DHL, EMS, and FedEx 
International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the 
parcel, destination and any other reason. Please see detail information below.

  • The preparation time for shipping will be affected by the type of products, time for confirming stocks, inspection, etc

Global Shipping Conditions & Delays: Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as shipping availability and processing may be subject to change without prior notice due to international affairs, geopolitical situations, weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, or statutory holidays. Delays may occur due to flight cancellations, rerouting, or enhanced security measures, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER FEES

When shipping internationally, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may be incurred. Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The exact amount varies by product, destination, and carrier. Please confirm the duty amount with the shipping company (e.g., EMS) or a customs specialist.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
