Refund policy

RETURN POLICY


We have a
7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days
after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not
eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* (A&A) will not process a refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what
item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order
amount and the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.

*A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.
*A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.

Damaged items may be repaired or refunded at our discretion for the same or equivalent
model.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the
item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work
towards a satisfactory solution.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your
original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post the refund too.
A&A reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and exchanges.
