Newsletter Discount - Terms and Conditions

  1. USING THE DISCOUNT CODE

These terms and conditions (including Artisan&Artist* Global website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) set out the terms relating to the redemption of 10 % discount code (“Discount Code”).

By confirming your order using the Discount Code you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us before ordering using a Discount Code.

 

  1. TERMS RELATING TO THE REDEMPTION OF DISCOUNT CODE

  • You must sign up for the Artisan&Artist* Global newsletter via artisanandartist.global.

  • The unique Discount Code will be sent to your email address provided in the signing up form.

  • The Discount Code is for a one-time purchase only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales, discounts or promotional offers.

  • Discount Code is not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

  • The Discount Code is redeemable on all Artisan&Artist* Global products (excluding discounted items).

  • To redeem the Discount Code, please type the Discount Code into the promotional box in the booking field of the Artisan&Artist* Global website and the 10% discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Discount Code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of your purchase on the Artisan&Artist* Global website.

  • The Discount Code will expire on 31 December 2021. You cannot use the Discount Code after this date.

  • Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Code and the Artisan&Artist* Global website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for using our site also apply.

  • We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Code scheme at any time.

 

  1. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Discount Code.


  1. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
