At 120 cm (47.2 in) in length, the long-length design can be worn comfortably over the shoulder or across the body, making it ideal for everyday photography. Crafted from premium silk and finished with meticulous attention to detail, it brings the beauty of Japanese traditional craftsmanship into modern photographic life.

Order Processing Time

All orders are normally prepared for shipment within one to three business days before shipping, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Fees

United States

For parcels shipped via ECMS or FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP), duties and taxes are prepaid before shipping. Under our US shipping policy, you won't need to pay any additional duties or import tax when your order is delivered.

Other Eligible Regions

With FedEx FICP, duties and taxes can be prepaid. With DHL Express and EMS, duties, import taxes, and other applicable handling fees are paid at the time of delivery. These costs are not included in the product price you pay us, and are billed separately by the carrier.

If you'd like to avoid paying duties or taxes at the time of delivery, choose FedEx FICP at checkout, where it's available for your destination and package.

For reference, in our shipping materials, we refer to shipping methods where duties and taxes are prepaid as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and shipping methods where duties and taxes are paid at the time of delivery as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Free Shipping

United States

Orders over ¥30,000 ship free via ECMS. Customs and duties are not included in the free shipping.

Other Eligible Regions

Orders over ¥30,000 ship free via EMS. EMS free shipping does not include duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These may be charged separately by the carrier at the time of delivery.

About ECMS

ECMS parcels are limited to a maximum of 66 lb (30 kg) per package. ECMS shipments do not include shipping insurance.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (AWB number). You can use this number to check delivery status on the relevant carrier's website.

Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If your parcel becomes undeliverable and is returned to us for any reason, including an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and any duties, taxes, or handling fees already paid or incurred are non-refundable.

If a parcel shipped via ECMS becomes undeliverable or cannot clear customs, it will not be returned to us. It will be disposed of locally in accordance with the carrier's policies. In this case as well, any shipping costs, duties, taxes, or handling fees already paid or incurred are non-refundable.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, EU countries, the United Kingdom, and select countries and regions in Europe and Asia-Pacific. The shipping destinations and methods actually available to you are shown at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
