With great emphasis on material and design, this box-style camera bag fulfills the concept of classic simplicity.

Slim-type camera bag with a main compartment and a front pocket. The main material is a canvas fabric with water resistance, making it less prone to staining and easy to handle. The main compartment, which includes cushioned dividers, can hold one small camera body like an M-type Leica or mirrorless camera, and up to two lenses. The bag features excellent padding for protection, which can be removed or rearranged to accommodate a variety of items. The front zipper compartment on the bag is ideal for storing small items. The adjustable wide shoulder strap has cushioning to reduce strain on the shoulder when carrying heavier equipment. Moreover, the back panel is treated with non-slip material, ensuring stability when worn over the shoulder.

We currently offer international shipping through AIRMAIL, DHL, EMS, and FedEx 
International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
