This short camera strap, made with a silk kumihimo (braided cord) often admired in traditional Japanese attire, offers both style and functionality. The strap features the "Hirakara" weave, a square pattern of braids that is both flexible and retains its structure even when twisted, providing a unique tactile experience not found in round cords.

Crafted by skilled artisans from a renowned Kyoto kumihimo shop, the strap is made from high-quality silk, ensuring both durability and a gentle feel against the skin. It includes a leather stopper ring that allows you to adjust the size of the loop that fits around your wrist, providing versatility for different uses.

Key Changes from Previous Model: The ring parts have been made smaller, and the logo's foil stamping now offers greater durability.

This model is a successor to the Silk Cord Hand Strap ACAM-311P.
Compatible with cameras like Leica SL and Canon with tape slit-type connections.
Can also be attached to cameras with a triangle ring, such as those from Nikon or Sony.
As this product is handmade, there may be slight size variations by a few millimeters.

International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
