This short-type camera strap, made with silk braid, is cherished as a stylish accessory for traditional Japanese attire. It features a cord that combines the plain-weave Shippou-gumi and the Chūya-gumi, which weaves different colors on each side. Crafted by skilled artisans at a long-established Kyoto braid shop, this strap is made with high-quality silk, resulting in a durable and soft product. Unlike a neck strap, the hand strap attaches directly to your hand, increasing the sense of unity with your hand movements.

Changes from the previous model: The ring parts have been downsized, and the logo foil stamping is now more intricate.

Note:

• This is the successor model to the Silk Cord Strap ACAM-313N.
• It features a double-ring connection type with eyelets, designed for cameras.
• It is not compatible with cameras that use a tape slit connection type.
• As this product is handmade, slight size variations (within a few millimeters) may occur.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
