The Gearbox Pro series, designed with various size options to match the type and amount of gear you carry, has been updated for improved functionality and usability.
The interior dividers have been upgraded from a Velcro-style to an accordion-style system, allowing for flexible, adjustable storage space tailored to your specific equipment.
The exterior is finished in a sleek matte black using DULON®, a high-performance material that is highly resistant to scratches, water, and stains. Unlike standard polyurethane, DULON® is less prone to hydrolysis, ensuring exceptional durability over time.
The zipper features a water-resistant, semi-auto locking folding slider, providing excellent protection against dust and moisture.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.
A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

While we understand the desire to maintain the pristine condition of your silk straps, we encourage embracing the natural evolution they undergo over time. The gradual softening and development of a unique patina add to the charm and character of the product. Washing the strap is not recommended; however, at your own risk, you could try gently dabbing it with a cloth dampened with a mild detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
Our range of products is crafted with versatilityin mind, catering to a wide array of camera models beyond just Leica. While the majority of our products are compatible with most cameras, we advise considering the attachment mechanism when selecting a strap and checking the fit for your specific camera when choosing bags or pouches. Presently, our camera half cases are exclusively tailored for Leica cameras.
Designed with both protection and convenience in mind, our camera pouches serve as a safeguard for your valuable equipment. While our camera bags and backpacks offer dedicated compartments with internal padding for direct storage, our pouches provide an additional layer of security for cameras, lenses, and accessories when placed inside your preferred casual bag or backpack.
