This elegant pouch features a sophisticated design with a bold red lipstick motif woven in metallic glitter thread over a sleek black background. Gold piping accents add a touch of luxury, creating a look that’s both stylish and playful. This is a new vertical version of our popular 735-style jewelry pouch.

When unzipped, the pouch opens flat to reveal three separate storage sections:

• Left Side: A spacious mesh pocket, perfect for larger items such as hair clips, scrunchies, watches, or compact mirrors.

• Center Section:

  • Left panel: Two mesh pockets, ideal for organizing earrings, ear cuffs, bracelets, and other small items.

  • Right panel: A soft suede-like fabric to gently protect your accessories.

• Right Side: Features a ring holder, an earring/piercing holder, and a necklace holder—keeping your jewelry neatly separated and secure.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
