Isola - Pouch with Brush Holder - IO619
The "Isola" series, which means "island" in Italian, is a pouch series inspired by the sunlight pouring onto the Mediterranean islands. The pouch is made from high-quality faux leather with a calm and deep gold shine. This material, known for its softness, is a good choice for your pouch to make it as compact and light as possible, especially for traveling. Moreover, it can quickly wipe away light dirt that adheres to the surface, making it easy to care for. The lining is a light blue color that evokes a resort atmosphere.
It is slim, space-saving, and comes with a flap, so there are no worries about dirtying the inside of the pouch or damaging the brush tips. The back vinyl pocket can hold items such as cotton swabs and pads. Since the brush case is not attached to the pouch, it can be moved and used with other pouches.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.
A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Your daily item load might change, especially if you have evening plans after work or during different seasons. Opt for a size that provides extra space for your typical cosmetic items.
Pouches with high storage capacity, multiple compartments, and pockets are advisable for travel purposes.
Washing or immersing our cosmetic pouches and bags in water is not recommended. Doing so can cause deformation and damage the leather parts.
To clean a cosmetic pouch, apply a diluted neutral detergent (like dishwashing liquid) on a clean cloth moistened with water or lukewarm water. Gently pat the fabric, avoiding rubbing, to remove light stains. This method is typically sufficient for cleaning.
