Developed through extensive collaboration with professional makeup artists, this collection features precision tools designed to enhance every area of the face, with special attention to the eyes, ensuring a flawless and seamless makeup application.

Each brush is crafted from carefully selected natural bristles, left uncut to preserve their natural tips. This makeup brush is made from high-quality natural bristles, offering a smooth yet firm texture. The bristles are designed with a flat tip, allowing you to apply concealer precisely and evenly. The angled tip of the brush makes it easy to cover areas like the corners of the eyes and around the nostrils with accuracy.

The brush is finished without cutting the bristle tips to preserve the natural qualities of the hair, and with continued use, the brush will naturally mold to the contours of your face. We currently offer international shipping through AIRMAIL, DHL, EMS, and FedEx 
International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurredonce a shipment reaches your destination country. Artisan & Artist is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
