The Large Backpackhas a light, slender style and several design features which make this a great choice for anyone after a more refined look.

Instinctively attractive and easy on the eye, it features a sharp color palette, soft lines, and lovely detailing with gathered pockets. The subtle luster of the twill fabric is a sure favorite.

The backpack is functional, with plenty of logical design features. A clasp keeps the backpack open, while the wide, flat bottom gusset creates the perfect space for storing items neatly away. It also allows the bag to stand on its own even when the zipper is open. Another feature is the side zipper that allows access to the bag on the move. The gathered pockets have elasticated openings to keep any items from falling out.

We currently offer international shipping through AIRMAIL, DHL, EMS, and FedEx 
International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the 
parcel, destination and any other reason. Please see detail information below.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
