Urban Style Backpack with Functionality for Daily and Business Use

The front pocket with a silver metal zipper serves as an accent, adding a modern and cool touch to the bag. The oversized leather loop on the zipper pull also adds a playful element to the design.

Designed with smart styling and excellent storage capacity, this backpack is suitable for daily use, short outings, business, and travel. The main compartment is designed to open wide for easy access. Inside, there’s a separate compartment on the back panel that can hold a 13-inch laptop, lined with soft fleece material to protect your devices.

The front of the backpack includes a zippered pocket divided into two sections for easy organization of small items, and a snap-button pocket that opens wide for large items, featuring a finger loop for ease of use. On both sides of the bag, there are open pockets with rubber belt openings, ideal for storing water bottles or other small essentials. These pockets also have stretchy mesh sides, allowing them to expand to accommodate different items and providing visibility of the contents.

At the top of the back panel, there’s a zipper pocket accessible from both sides, making it perfect for safely storing valuables.

We currently offer international shipping through AIRMAIL, DHL, EMS, and FedEx 
International Priority. Some of the service might not be available due to the size of the 
parcel, destination and any other reason. Please see detail information below.

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurredonce a shipment reaches your destination country. Artisan & Artist is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, or you can Log in to your account to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us at order@artisanandartist.global with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day return policy on DEFECTIVE ITEMS only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for items on sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange). After that, Artisan&Artist* will not process a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our return form, letting us know what item you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and  the shipping costs .We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. A&A will cover the return shipping fee for approved returned items.

A&A will not refund items not delivered due to the not acceptance by the customer.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our return form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
