Artisan & Artist is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned camera cases for the Leica M10/M11 series and a completely new case for the Leica Q series. These enhancements come as part of our ongoing commitment to combine aesthetic finesse with practical functionality, ensuring every photographer's needs are met with style and precision.
Craftsmanship Meets Innovation
The leather of all cases is now an Italian soft leather with a unique, attractive looking grain texture. Respecting Leica's design ethos of functional beauty, we aimed to minimize the space covering the body while preserving functionality to protect the camera. We also paid attention to the symmetrical harmony of the case centered around the lens while designing the front opening. All cases are lined with leather and a soft, suede-like polyester fabric to protect the camera.
At the bottom of the cases, we subtly embossed the Artisan & Artist brand name and model type. The elegant, surrounding gray color stitching, gives all products a luxurious look and feel.
What else is NEW beside the material and finish?
- The Leica Q / Q2 / Q3 case have now a magnetically locked opening flap for fast access to the battery (only the first Q model carries the memory card next to the battery; and can therefore also be taken out when opening the compartment). It also has a built-in tripod thread.
- The new Leica M10 / M11 case has a convenient opening (cutout) to enable in-camera battery charging and data transfer via the USB-C power/data port (Leica M11 only).
- All camera cases have a soft built-in handgrip for stable, safe photography.
- All camera cases have thin, bendable metal sheets incorporated. So, it is possible to make slight adjustments for a tight fit between the camera and the case.
