3. Drawing:
The drawing will take place by 5:00PM JST on October 7, 2024, and winners will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @artisanartistglobal account and must submit any required eligibility verification documents within three days. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected. If a prize or notification is undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected. Winners are responsible for any taxes resulting from the acceptance of the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the brand, which are final in all matters. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the promotion parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or approval unless prohibited by law.
4. Limitation of Liability:
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to waive any claims against the promotion parties for any damages, losses, liabilities (including punitive, incidental, or consequential damages), or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The total approximate retail value of all prizes combined is $1,053. The prizes are limited to the items listed above and are awarded on a random basis. Winners cannot choose their prize item. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitutions will be permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion. In the event that a prize item is unavailable, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
All prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient eligible entries. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. All decisions by the sponsor are final and binding.
6. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:
All matters relating to this giveaway are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes will be handled by the courts in Japan.
