The naturally soft texture and beautiful sheen unique to silk give it an elegant presence, while skilled craftsmen at a long-established kumihimo atelier in Kyoto carefully hand-braid each strap, resulting in a piece that is both durable and exceptionally gentle on the skin.
By adopting the traditional Yurugi-gumi (Crown Braid) technique, this strap is highly resistant to twisting and reduces strain on the neck, ensuring comfortable use even over long periods. Additionally, thanks to silk’s inherent flexibility, the strap can be wrapped around the wrist or knotted to adjust the length according to your preference.
